Penrith Eisteddfod 2010

Willoughby Band will be competing in the Penrith Eisteddfod for
the first time in 2010. It is an excellent warm up for the
NSW State Championships, being held three weeks beforehand in the
same hall. We will be taking the chance to try out some of
our music for the States and reacquaint ourselves with the
accoustics of the excellent Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre
hall.
Last year, Warringah Concert Brass won the Penrith Eisteddfod
and then went on to win the State Championships. This year,
Willoughby will be looking to do the same.
